Troy Bilt Is Horrible August 31, 2010

I bought this at Lowes and it did not include an air filter cover. Tried to get a new one instead of returning it and all I got was the run around. I'm returning it to Lowes for a full refund. I will tell everyone I know to never buy Troy Bilt because they do not stand by their product and they do not make it easy for the customer to fix their own stupid problems.

Awful July 26, 2010
Disappointed
I was looking forward to going to a 4 cycle. What a disappointment. I paid more for this model looking for more performance. The grass clipping would get wrapped around the head and shaft and bury itself within the shaft. THis would happen every 5 minutes. I would have to stop the machine, get a pair of scissors to try to pry the grass from the shaft. On top of that the housing at the end was extemely hot and would burn your skin whie trying to get the debre out of the unit. I sent it back and went to 2 cycle.
